]]> Jorge has been a part of the Rossmoor Pastries family since he was a young lad and continues to be a pivotal part of our passion here at the bakery! Jorge’s favorite part of working at Rossmoor is building relationships with those around him. He feels incredibly passionate about what he does and loves being able to use his creativity for something so special!

 

Jorge’s favorite Rossmoor goods are the tropical fruit cake, the tiramisu cake and apple strudel. When he’s not creating at the bakery he is spending time with his family, hitting the gym (after all those pastries) and playing soccer.

 

Jorge has been baking for 32 years and enjoys every moment of it but when he’s winding down at home he loves a good puzzle & solving brain teasers. Not only is Jorge a master baker but he also has a knack for magic, be sure to ask him for his best trick next time you run into him!
